STX Dehydra 1200W Commercial/Industrial Grade Stainless Steel Multi-Section 10 Tray Food Dehydrator with 12 Hour Automatic Shut Off Timer and Stainless Steel Drip Tray. This digital food dehydrator is an Extra Large Commercial/Industrial Grade Food and Jerky Dehydrator with 1200 Watts of drying power, 16 Square Feet of drying area on the 10 drying racks and 3,712 Cubic Inches of drying area inside the unit. This dehydrator also features a brilliant 100% Digital Control Panel with a 12 Hour shut off timer. The drying racks are made of 100% 304 Grade Stainless Steel and are NOT Chrome Plated like many of the other models (look-alikes) that are offered in the USA. These drying racks are 16 Inches Left to Right (Wide) by 14.5 Inches Front to Back (Long) with the square holes in the them measuring 1/4 Inches by 1/4 Inches. The STX Horizontal Air Flow System features a 7 inch fan and heater located at the back of the dehydrator, 24 louvers on the front of the door and 1200 Watts of drying power. This STX Horizontal Air Flow System produces consistent circulation of heat throughout the entire interior of the unit rather than forcing the heat up through layers of drying trays like circular/stackable dehydrators. The back Heating/Fan section of this unit can be easily removed from the front Dehydrating section in about 10 seconds to make cleaning this product \\"Very Easy\\". In fact you can take out the Stainless Steel Drying Racks along with the \\"Slide Off\\" Rack Guides and Power Wash the whole front section of the unit if you would like. The exclusive Stainless Steel Drip Tray makes clean up a snap.
