Usage instruction:
1. Place it on a flat and smooth surface. Lift the suction lock to firmly secure its suction cups to the surface for safe operation
2. Select your desired blade by adjusting the blade switch until it snaps into place
3. Take your food and creat a flat surface on both ends by cutting the ends off. Place the food between the Circular Holder on the Blade Tower and the Spiked Food Holder. Be sure that the food is centered and securely fastened
4. With one hand on the Crank Handle, lightly push the Crank Handle forward while rotating it in a clockwise direction. Keep the Collection Container can catch the cut food
5. Before Clean-up: Take out the Collection Container. Pull the holder Slide Lock to remove the rear side. Remove the Upper Vegetable Holder by rotating it
6. Clean and keep dry
Care and cleaning:
* Always be extra careful when handling the sharp cutter blades when in use or while cleaning them
* The base of the cutter machine should be hand washed and air dried only. Blades and all other components are dishwasher safe, but should be placed inside the dishwasher’s cutlery basket
* Use warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cleaning brush to rinse particles off of blades. Do not us a sponge
