Precautions:
Must to know:
1. There is no battery in the remote control, please buy 2 AAA batteries separately
2.This product is not compatible with TV remote or universal remotes
3.Make sure your TV has HDMI, 3.5mm Aux, optical or RCA port
4.For traditional TVs, please use AUX/RCA cable connection.
5.For smart TVs, please choose Bluetooth or Optical connections.
6. If the Soundbar has a lip sync issue, it can be fixed via the audio delay settings on your TV.
7. The Soundbar does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS via your TV audio settings.
8. Connect the soundbar to TV AUX jack (L and R) with RCA cable, you can use the TV remote or universal remote to control volume.
9. For Optical connection, confirm to set your TV audio to support “external speakers” and disable the built-in TV speakers.
10. For HDMI connection, make sure HDMI CEC function on your TV is on.
