How to use:
Fully preheat the stone to 500℉ before baking. For home oven, it may take 60 mins (depends on the performance of the oven). If using a grill, preheat to 500℉ may take about 30 mins. When the stone is hot enough to bake,dusts the pizza peel with cornmeal or other flour before putting the dough on it,and then transfer the pizza to the hot stone.
How to clean:
Use wet clean light towel to clean the stone or wash with water before first use (do not use any detergent) and then dry it.
After baking, just sweep away the cornmeal or dough particles. If needed, you can scrape away the residue with flat scraper and soak your stone in hot water.
Running the self-cleaning cycle of your oven or burning the stone directly on burner will help cleaning the stone.
Please don't place oil, sauce, cheese directly on the stone.
