USEFUL TIPS
1.Pls put the scale on a steady flat surface not on the carpet.
2.Pls take off socks and put two foot evenly stepped on each side of the alloy to get more accuarete data,try not to put heavy cloth on.
3.Use a fix time to measure everyday to track data trend,the best time is every morning after wake up before drink and eat.
4.Rukerway fat scale is intended for HOME USE ONLY not for medical purpose.
Trouble Shooting
1. Why my app only has weight record,the rest of data is blank?
Pls do not step off the scale until you see weight number flashing 2 times and a 0 is blicking and then weight nubmer comes back again.
2. Why my body fat data is different during the same day but different time measurement ?
Body Fat will flucuate during the day ,normally body fat is at the highest before drinking and eating in the morning, at the lowest in the afternoon and evening due to eat and drink (causing weight and body water increase)
