1. What if I don't like the color?
Our images are shot by DSLR, and while we've done our best, there are inevitably slight color difference, due to lighting and camera settings.
If you are not satisfied with the color you get,we will provide refund or free replacement.
2. Is it hard to Install?
It is simple. Every pack comes with instruction and there is video in this page.
3. Can I reopen the clip?
Yes, you can. First insert a small flat head / minus screwdriver to the groove at the bottom of the clip, rotate the screwdriver a bit and the clip opens.
4. Are these long enough for boots?
They are 120cm long and will fit most ankle-top boots. However, if your boots are higher or oversize, we recommend doing a measurement before placing the order, or have a look at our RJ-Sport No Tie Boots Laces.
5. How thick are these laces?
They are 3.0mm thick and should fit most shoes, but please have a check if your shoes have small eyelets.
