The QLav is a state-of-the-art personal rinsing tool that's portable, affordable, and easy to use. Almost anyone can use the QLav. It functions as a portable bidet, a travel bidet and your very own personal bidet. It offers simple, effective personal hygiene for everyone from pregnant women to soldiers in the field. It's especially helpful for maintaining cleanliness when affected by anal or rectal conditions, or when recovering from surgery. If you have a medical condition, please check with your doctor before using the QLav. The QLav is designed for portability. It's light, compact, and virtually indestructible, making it perfect for use as a camping bidet. The whole unit weighs just 180 grams and measures 12" x 6" x 4". Despite its small size, the reservoir holds up to 1,200 ml (approximately a quart) of water to facilitate powerful, thorough rinsing. By comparison, most competing products use only 200 ml. There is nothing to break on the QLav and no batteries to install. The nozzles are made from virgin, medical-grade LDPE and HDPE with silicone seals, so it should last indefinitely. Our founder has been using the QLav for more than 10 years without any issues. Note that the QLav should be kept out of direct sunlight and should not be exposed to freezing temperatures. In order to use the QLav as intended, you need some room in front while sitting on the toilet, so very large or obese body types may have difficulty. You may also have trouble squeezing the unit if you lack hand strength. You can still produce a soft flow of water by unscrewing the fill cap while in position, but this will not deliver the same pressure as the hand-powered rinse.
