The camera only supports 2.4Ghz wifi signal. Before connecting, you need to make sure the router wifi signal is 2.4GHz. The camera does not support router settings for 5GHz signals or 2.4GHz and 5GHz mixed signals. You can enter your router management interface to check the wifi settings.
