HOW TO SET UP APP?  ◕‿◕ Step 1: Download “LED Hue” in Google play or APP store.  ◕‿◕ Step 2: Please make sure your phone Bluetooth is turned on.  ( Don't connect the device on Bluetooth setting page! )  ◕‿◕ Step 3: Open the APP, pull down to refresh. Click the device “SP110E” to connect.  ◕‿◕ Step 4: Please make sure the parameter is: RGB, UCS1903. Total pixels >=200  KINDLY REMINDER  1. Your phone version should be IOS 10.0 / Android 4.4 or later.  2. The bluetooth device doesn't need a PIN, if required, that means your connection step is wrong. Please uninstall the APP and download again! Just turn on the bluetooth, then connect the device directly on the app.  FAQ  Q: Why does the app can not önd the bluetooth device? Please check whether you connected the controller to string light.  Please check whether you opened your phone bluetooth.  If the phone is Android system, please check whether you opened the location permission.  Q: Why does the string light øash then turn offff when the controller is powered on? Please check whether you turned off the string light by the power button on the app, if so, just turn the power button on.  Q: Why only parts of string light turn on and can be controlled? Please check the whether the PIXELS on the APP is right, each string light has 50 IC.  The string light may has broken LEDs or IC.
