- The beef is from Humboldt Farm in Northern California. Small family farm where the cattle roams freely in the hills around Eureka for most of the year. It's in inaccessible places so most of the work happens on horseback by the family.

- Please note: We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays with UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you order on a Sunday we will ship it on Monday (the next day). If you order on a Wednesday, we will ship it on Monday the next week. We ship with 3-day service (e.g. if we ship the package on a Monday, you will have it on Thursday).
