I bought this book to get the edge on the many alternatives to grilling. First, I put all my effort into what I enjoy the most: meat. Then I turned my attention to chicken and lamb. By the way, it was a surprise to learn that I could cook vegetables in the Pit Boss grill. I've been practicing at home with several different flavors and now I have many alternatives to recommend.
