Sample collection kit for Father and Child. We provide everything you need to easily and simply determine paternity (who is the father of the child).
There is an additional fee of ONLY $80.00 to pay when the samples are returned to us.Detailed results will be provided in 10-15 working days from receipt of samples and the results signed by the Laboratory Director. There are just 3 simple step by step instructions to follow:-
1. Collect samples with the provided mouth swabs and place in the envelopes provided.
2. Complete payment and consent forms.
3. Post in prepaid envelope (please note that this pre-paid envelope is only supplied to US customers. If you are located outside the USA you will need to pay to return the pack).
