How to clean
Let parts air dry for one hour and then remove any dried dough using the cleaning brush.
Polish with a soft dry cloth and store in a dry place at room temperature. Dry clean for daily
maintenance.
Pasta Making Tips
If the dough is still sticky before rolling, knead in one table spoon of flour at a time
until the stickiness disappears and add flour in the rolling shaft inside.
Turn Mixer Speed Setting to 2 or 3 when using Roller attachment while 3-5 Speed
for Cutters for better performance.
Remark:
Do not immerse all in water！Do not clean it in the dishwasher or do not sanitize
it in disinfection cabinet.
