A natural phospholipid from sunflower, Sunflower Lecithin is an emulsifying agent that helps fat and water stay together. It is often added to foods, such as chocolate, cheese, margarine, and salad dressing. It is often taken as a supplement due to its health benefits such as reducing cholesterol level.
