Quick Operation Guide： Take forehead temperature ▶Press the "Power" button to power on. Keep the thermometer about 1-3cm away from the forehead. Press the "Power" button for 1 second and release, when beep sound is heard, read the value. Take ear temperature ▶Remove the probe cover, put the probe snugly into the ear canal. Press the "Power" button for 1 second and release, when beep sound is heard, read the value. Take room/object temperature ▶Power off the thermometer, press "Memory/Mute-unmute" button for 3sec to enter Object/room mode(display shows room icon). Keep the thermometer about 1-3cm away from the object. Press the "Power" button and release, when beep sound is heard, read the value. Fever Indication ▶T indicates a temperature reading. 1. lf 32°C≦T≦37.3°C(86.6°F≦T≦99.2OF), the green light will last for 3 seconds, with one long beep 2. If 37.4°C≦T≦37.9°C(99.3°C≦T≦100.3°F), the orange light will last for 3 seconds,with 3 short beeps. And the value in LCD flickers, which is a warning that you may have a light fever 3. If 38°C≦T≦42.9°C(100.4°F≦T≦109.2°F), the red light will last for 3 seconds, with 5 short beeps, and the value in LCD flickers, which is a warning that you may have a high fever Check 35 Sets of Previous Readings ▶Power on the thermometer, short press "Memory/Mute-unmute" button to go to the memory mode. Press "Memory/Mute-unmute" button again to check the 35 sets of data one by one. If no value, it will display "---M". ℉/℃ Switch ▶Open the battery cover, use the toggle switch to change the °C/°F Mute/Unmute Switch ▶Turn on or power off the thermometer, keep pressing the "Memory/Mute-unmute" button for 2-3 seconds, to switch from un-mute to mute.
