It's easy to install to use: plug and play, 3.5mm plugs for mic & sound, and please note that the USB interface only for power supply to LED lights.
K7 Pro PC headset design the volume button and mic mute switch on the headset cord, convenient to adjust the volume and mic. All you need to do is open the mic switch, then adjust the volume. Sometimes you also need to set the volume in your gaming system.
No lights when connecting to the device?
1. PC devices can be directly powered by the computer USB port.
2. Other devices like tablets, smartphones, or products without USB interfaces that need a DC5V power adapter or mobile power supply to have RGB lights.
How to use with the new version of Xbox One?
1. Inset the 3.5mm headset jack into the Xbox one gamepad.
2. Go to "Settings" --- Find "Display & Sound" --- Click "Audio Output" --- Both HDMI audio and Optical audio choose “Stereo uncompressed".
br>How to work on the PC device？
1. The 1-in-2 Y Splitter Cable is needed when using our headset on the computer, the Y splitter adapter cable (1 is for the microphone and 1 is for audio) comes with the package. please check it when connecting.
2. Double click the speaker icon in your computer taskbar to enter the control panel for setting the sound.
3. Turn on the volume button, mic mute switch of the headset and your computer microphone.
Notes:
1. An extra Microsoft Adapter (Not Included) is needed when working with the old version of the Xbox one controller.
2.1 to 2 audio extension cable is needed when you connect with PC.
3. The USB interface is only used for power supply to LED light.
