We are a small, single source, family run, premium beef producer located north of Holdrege, Nebraska
Our beef is raised, aged, and butchered the traditional way, each steak is hand cut and trimmed – one at a time
Our focus is simple and narrow: Produce the absolute highest quality humanely raised, antibiotic free, hormone free beef available
Nebraska Star Beef's Premium Value Pack contains two 10 oz premium Angus Top Sirloins which is one of the leaner cuts of steak and when aged properly, it is tender, juicy, and unbelievably flavorful steak.
Hand Cut and Trimmed
Our steaks are hand cut and trimmed by old fashion butchers in small-town Nebraska. Aged 35 days minimum to make sure every steak is tender and full of flavor.
Signature Seasoning
We round the package out with a 5 oz bottle of our Signature Seasoning.
The seasoning that started it all for Nebraska Star Beef. This is a classic steak house flavor that is bright and vibrant. It adds a new dimension to all meats but is particularly good on steak.
