  • DETAILS: Contains Five (5) 4 Inch Circle Cold Packs. CARE: Hand wash with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before freezing. Gel pack can be stored in refrigerator or freezer.
  • DIRECTIONS: Chill gel pack for 2 hours in freezer or refrigerator. For more cold, use the PE side and for less cold and to protect sensitive skin from direct contact with the cold pack, use the non-woven side. Do not use if you have decreased skin sensitivity or an open wound. If Diabetic, consult a physician before using cold therapy. Do not exceed 20 minutes per use.
