Warm Tips:
1.To charge your Phone wirelessly, a high-quality phone wireless charger is required with Output Current>2A, otherwise our Qi receiver could not work with your wireless chargers.
2.Don't connect to the computer, because output from computer is only 500-800mA.
3.Make sure the receiver and charger are in the correct position.
4.Please do not use metal or thick enclosures as the radio signal can not get through them.
5.Our Qi receiver can work with only type C charging port, if your cellphone has type A or B charging port, don’t buy this receiver, because it can’t work with type A or B.

If relevant -few client has complain about ““The pad is bent in half inside packaging”, as the 4th picture stated “ Flexible charging cable”: with a protective layer, stronger resistant to bending, so it will not affect the function of charging indeed. Meantime, today we have already improved the product package to avoid this issue since July 2020.
