How to use
● Before each use, brash the crisp pan with oil or use a non-stick cooking spray.
● Place the pan on your microwave's turntable
● Set the power at 100% and preheat for 3 minutes

● Fried eggs (2): 30-45 seconds per side (Time will produce over-easy results)
● Omelet (4 eggs): 2-3 minutes (Mix eggs with 4 tablespoons of water)
● Stir-fried vegetables (2 cups): 4-5 minutes (Cut vegetable equally, stir halfway through cooking)
● Bacon strips (4): 2-3 minutes, Flip, then cook on additional minute (Place on pan in a single layer)
● 5 oz boneless chicken breasts (2): 3-4 minutes Flip, then cook on additional 2-3minutes (Cook until internal temperature reaches 170℉)
