For the first time use:
Clean it with a dry cloth to remove any excess oil. Cleaning the rollers by passing through a small quantity of dough, then throw it away.
How to make delicious Spaghetti?
1. Preparation: Fix the machine and prepare the ingredients.
2. Ingridient Ratio: The flour to water is 5:1.
3. Knead the dough by hand: Make sure to knead slightly harder dough and cut into small balls for using.
4. Machine adjustment: The knob is used to adjust the thickness of the dough, and insert the hand rocker into the corresponding socket.
5. Turn the rocker: Put the dough into the pressing groove and turn the rocker slowly.
6. Cut noodles: 2 noodle pressing ports to cut noodles in different width according to the type of pasta.
Troubleshooting:
1. Before using, clamp the machine onto the table by table securily.
2. If the noodles are sticky and cannot be shaped, continue adding extra flour kneading and rolling.
3. The pasta roller is made of high-quality rust-free stainless steel. As a result, you can use water to wash the noodle machine, but avoid soaking it in the water.
