Our Hot Pepper Vinegar uses spicy apple cider vinegar as the base and includes a variety of pickled hot peppers to honor the true Southern tradition of a pepper sauce. Garlic is the final key ingredient—15 cloves of garlic to be exact—that gives each batch of this vinegar sauce its savory zing. All of our vinegar and barbeque sauces can go on basically everything, but our Hot Pepper Vinegar is perfect for any greens, soups, stews, vinaigrettes, or marinades that needs a Southern kick—but especially collard greens.
