To make one quart (32oz) – Add 1 and ½ cups of Hester FARM Lactose Free Whey Milk Powder to 4 cups of cold water. Mix well. Note: If you prefer more of a whole milk taste compared to nonfat milk, just add more powder. Mixing Instructions - Chocolate To make one glass (8oz) – Add four (4) tablespoons of Hester FARM Lactose Free Chocolate Whey Milk Powder to one (1) 8 oz glass of cold water. To make one quart (32oz) – Add 1 and 2/3 cups of Hester FARM Lactose Free Chocolate Whey Milk Powder to 4 cups of cold water. Mix well. For cooking and baking - Before using it in your recipes, mix with water and let the mixture chill for about 2 hours. This allows the lactase enzyme to break down the remaining lactose.
