This is all water based as that makes messes non-existent! There are 4 types of water pens, tracing markers, stencils- even a book showing you how to draw. The doodle mat is very easy to use and clean!

The mat works when water is added to it, it displays a color. The kids can draw with the water markers to show drawings and then when the water dries the drawing goes away.
