The Kitty Convict Project aims to identify indoor only cats that have escaped from indoors. By having an orange collar on a cat it identifies that your cat, if seen outdoors, is an escapee and needs to be brought back home. Our GoTags embroidered safety cat collar is bright orange with black embroidery and features a bell. The collar is 3/8 inches wide and adjustable in size from 8-12 inches. The breakaway buckle is designed to releases when cat's collar gets caught. English alphabet characters only.
