Pancake Instructions:
Heat griddle to about 375°F(medium-high heat).
Stir dry mix and water together until the batter is smooth. For thinner pancakes, add a little more water.
Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup of batter on the griddle.
Cook pancakes for 1 and 1/2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Waffle Instructions:
To make seven4" waffles, combine 2 cups of mix and 1 cup of water. Cook the desired amount in the waffle iron until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.
