Place into a chemical safe container. Mix with 9 parts of warm water. Stir with a plastic or wooden utensils, to start the dissolving process. Pour half that mixture into the skimmer with the skimmer running on full and the basket removed. Wait 3 - 4 hours and pour the remaining amount of conditioner into the skimmer. Do not clean the pool filter for 3 days. The stabilizer is still dissolving in the filter.
