How to measure?1.Install the 2 aaa batteries come with;2.Place the wrist cuff on left bare wrist by leaving clearance of 0.4-0.6 inch between the edge of the wrist cuff and the bottom of the palm;3.Raise your hand to help the wrist cuff to reach the same level as your heart then press the START button to measure,the measurement will completed within 45 seconds.Please Read Product Manual Carefully Before First Using1-Readings can be affected by the measurement site, measurement position, or your physiologic condition2-It is recommended to relax as much as possible and don't talk and move during measurement3-If you feel any uncomfortable during measurement, please push the START/STOP button to stop measuring.
