Our small, flexible hot and cold reusable gel packs for injuries are perfectly sized to go anywhere you might have an ache or pain. For larger areas, you can use two or three of them together.
These are great for my IVF injection sites. They are small and flexible and really help to reduce the pain.
My children love to put these on their injuries after a little boo boo. The mini ice packs fit anywhere and the cold compress helps to calm my child.
As I get older, I usually get a little stiffness in my lower back after working out. When that happens, I place two of these reusable hot cold packs on the spot and lay down.
I’ve also been a tennis player for awhile and I suffer from tennis elbow. So after a grueling three-set match, I take one of these out of the freezer and put it on my right elbow.

REST AND RELAXATION
In addition to being used to care for my ageing body, I use these multipurpose hot packs to help me unwind after a long and stressful day.
I just put a couple in the microwave for a bit, pop them underneath the handy eye mask, lay down, and place them gently over my eyes to reduce puffiness for about ten minutes.
That’s all I need to come back refreshed to spend the rest of the evening with my family. Which in my case is my wife and two cats. Don’t judge.
