- CABLE TESTER BOX & REMOTE UNIT: Troubleshoot cable connections with the LED continuity tester box. Test LAN patch cables and telephone cables for pass, open, or short with its auto scan mode and the 1-8 pin (NB. No Gnd) LED status display. The detachable remote unit allows to end to end testing of pre-installed cabling in separated locations. For RJ11 Telephone and RJ45 LAN cables. - CRIMPING & CUTTING: The big crimping tool’s solid head has positions for 4P4C/6P6C/8P8C RJ11/RJ12/RJ45 connectors and the textured handles clamp down hard to crimp connectors onto cable ends. Mini-blades, at the base, easily snip and strip wire. The lightweight Krone punch-down tool has two built-in wire hooks and can be used with the flat mini-stripper (a ring-handle allows simple scoring/cutting rotation) and its 4 wire-positions for telephone wire stripping, trimming and block termination
- COAXIAL MAINTENANCE: The rotary ring-holder Coaxial Cable Stripper has an interchangeable head for RG59 and RG58 cables. Includes a hex key wrench to adjust the positions of the cutting blades. Its ring-holder allows easy scoring rotation around the outer sheathing or jacket. Use the spring-loaded clippers, also with an adjustable blade, for cutting and trimming co-axial, UTP/STP and other types of simple single/multi-core wiring eg. speaker, lighting or door bell cables
- ACCESSORIES IN A SMART CASE: To complete the Hi-Spec Network Cable Testing & Wiring Tool Kit are two full-size Slot/Flathead 1/4” and Philips #2 screwdrivers. A box of 12 piece connectors is also included, 6 x RJ45 and 6 x RJ11. Reuse the box to keep a spare stock of connectors always handy in the kit. The zipper case, with a durable outer layer of Oxford cloth, has strong elastic straps that keep tools organized. Its compact size stores easily on shelves or inside larger tool boxes
