Gluten-Free Prairie (GFP) is a Montana, woman owned and family operated business built on the foundation of the American dream that anything is possible. In 2005 GFP co-founder Deb and her daughter, Amy were diagnosed with Celiac Disease; an autoimmune disease requiring a lifetime commitment to a gluten-free diet. In 2012 the family followed their passion to bring healthy gluten-free products to the millions of consumers who are avoiding gluten.

- CUP-FOR-CUP BAKING MIX: Our family tried just about every cup-for-cup, gluten-free, baking mix claiming to be a replacement for all purpose flour until we decided to create our own blend using our gluten-free oat flour; use it in any wheat flour recipe.
