(a brand of 203 Brands, Inc.) have done it again! We studied the wooden checker pieces out there in the marketplace and made them even BETTER! 1) We know people lose pieces by accident, so we are giving you extras. 2) People like to stack and lock the pieces securely so we made our pieces with deeper grooves/ridges. 3) People complain about pieces being too small. We are telling you these measure 1.25-inch across and 3/8 inch thick and should fit well on a 15-inch chessboard (look for the FUN+1 TOYS! folding chess set). 4) We padded the bottom of each piece because some people don't like the sound of wood sliding on wood. It is also scratch resistant. The checker pieces are manufactured for and distributed by 203 Brands, Inc. located in Norwalk, CT 06850. The checker pieces are produced in Zhejiang, China.
