Frontier Co-op Organic St. John’s Wort comes from the flowers and buds of the Hypericum perforatum plant, which is a perennial herb that is traditionally harvested around St. John’s Day (June 24).
This herb is mixed in tea blends, and is also common in tinctures, infusions, and extracts. Cultivated in Bulgaria, farmers grow and harvest these plants in the best environmental conditions.
