The liner is custom-shaped to easily fit over the sides and into the brotform, leaving the beautiful, ribbed pattern to show on the baked loaf. The brotform is made of natural cane and can be used as a serving basket. To clean your brotform, simply shake the excess flour out after each use. If dough gets stuck on the cane, let it dry and use a stiff brush to take it off. Never use soap to clean It. If it does get wet, allow to dry at room temperature.
