How to pair with diffuser with your wifi network:
1.Download and register Smart Life app. (Developer in ios: Yu Xiang/Android: Tuya Inc.)
2.Hold the "Mist" button until you hear two beeps and the indicator light start blinks.
3.Start Smart Life app, choose add device - choose "Air purifier" or "Water Purifier" or "Humidifier", click "Confirm indicator quickly blink", then enter your wifi password.
Why the connection failed?
1.) If you have a dual band router, please make sure your 2.4g wifi and 5g wifi are separated and your phone connected to 2.4g when pairing and no VPN enabled. If there is only one wifi, and your router will choose which Signal the device connected, our smart device will not be compatible with this kind of router.
2.) Please make sure there is only letters and numbers in your wifi name and password, no other symbols like dash(-).
3.) Please try to pair it with AP mode, hold the on/off button until the indicator light blinks slowly, then pair it with AP mode.
