As a mom, I wanted to share my daughter's story of her being diagnosed with a
gastro disorder
with
severe food allergies

getting a feeding tube
so it will help other children in similar situations.
I also hope that this book can be shared in classrooms to teach
compassion

About the Author
How and why I became a Food Allergy Advocate, Consultant and Speaker?
I am a mom to two beautiful girls and over 10 years ago, my youngest daughter started screaming and crying in pain. As a mom, I felt helpless and it was killing me that I didn't know what was wrong and how to help her.
After months of tests and doctor's visits, she was finally diagnosed with a
gastro disorder eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) with severe food allergies and was placed on a feeding tube.
I really wanted to share her journey with others who may be living with severe allergies and/or a feeding tube or children who may have other illnesses and may feel different.
There will be other books released in the
Emma's Special series and an
Emma doll in the future.
