Description
Doxie’s rubber pick roller moves to “grab” single sheets of paper from a stack. It may need to be replaced if you start to see recurring feeding issues that did not routinely occur previously (specifically, double feeding or paper not starting to feed at all).
If your Doxie Q Series scanner is new or relatively new, you definitely don’t need a replacement paper pad or pick roller.
Visit the Doxie Q Series Help website for more information on figuring out if you need a replacement pick roller, along with installation instructions.
