How to use
1, Pre-heat your equipment. After placing the coffee dripper over the cup,
swirl boiled water over the drip and fill the cup. Leave the water in the
cup for 30s to heat up the cup and dripper before discarding to help
the ground coffee brew at the right temperature and enhance the taste.
2, Spoon ground coffee in the dripper, shake gently to level out the ground
coffee. We recommend 1 tablespoon per 100ml.
3, Boil the water. The best water temperature for brewing coffee is between
194°F and 205°F. Just in case you do not have a thermometer, we suggest
you to leave the water 30 seconds after the water is boiled.
4, To brew the coffee, we suggest to pour a bit of hot water over the grounds
and leave it for 30 seconds. Pour in the center and slowly spiraling outwards
to saturate the coffee. You should see bubbles rising from the coffee.
5, After the brewing, you need to finish pouring the water. Again, start in
the middle and spiral outwards to evenly saturate the ground coffee.
6, Remove the dripper. Dispose of the coffee grounds and scrub the filter.
7, Enjoy the coffee.
