Dalmatian BBQ Dry Rub is an old recipe originally used for smoking meats such as briskets, shoulders, and ribs. The longer it stays in your kitchen, the more you will start using on a lot of different things like vegetables, eggs, etc. The coarse grind simply bursts with flavor. It produces an excellent bark on smoked meats such as briskets, shoulders, ribs, and chicken. We recommend applying a thin coat of mustard to the meat to make the rub stick better. Apply at least 30 minutes before cooking. If used on steaks, score the meat with a knife and gently rub the rub into the meat. Each order includes 24 ounces of Dalmatian BBQ Dry Rub; the bottle appears to have extra space because a standard spice bottle is used and salt & pepper are more dense than other spices like parsley and onion flakes.
