Keep toppings light 4. Carefully slide pizza off peel and onto a pizza stone, steel or tray using short sharp back and forth wrist action to slide the pizza off the peel 5. Once cooked, using the pizza peel paddle, slide under the pizza and scoop it up 6. Cut pizzas as soon as they come out of the oven.
