Calibration Function
Comes expertly pre-calibrated, but can re-calibrated anytime by inserting the probe into ice water and hold the "CAL" key for 3s, assures only the most accurate reads.
Reading Data Holding
Press the HOLD key to lock the current temp reading when probe is removed from food, no more dangerously peering into the oven or grill.
