Sheet pan is made with rust-proof aluminum alloy and the cooling rack uses a high grade 304 stainless steel. This baking set maintains a nice durable surface that will not warp at high temperatures. Sheet pan and wire rack is oven and food safe and will not warp; can withstand temperatures of up to 500ºF / 260ºC. The aluminum pan and stainless steel rack have no teflon or other coatings added, therefore this set will not peel or rust, extending it’s life.
