We have released updated firmware that resolves all these issues and it will automatically be installed on any new camera installation. We have set a 2-5 sec delay for our video buffer so that we can improve the user experience and provide a very reliable video streaming experience. Before Setup Please make sure that you have the following before we start the setup process: 1. Cocoon Cam with Wall Mount 2. Cocoon Cam Power Cord (Please don't use other power cords) 3. Ethernet Cord 4. Physical Access to your Router 5. Your 2.4 GHz network WiFi Username and Password
