Children’s Astepro Allergy has flexible dosing, so it can be used either once or twice daily for allergy relief in children +12 year old. And once every 12 hours in children 6 to 11 years old. This nasal spray is steroid-free, alcohol-free and fragrance-free. One children's allergy relief spray contains 205.5 mcg of azelastine HCI.
