PLEASE NOTE: BrilliantPad does not offer free shipping on returns. Amazon or BrilliantPad will authorize your return request and provide an unpaid label to attach. You will need to affix the label to your parcel and take it to your carrier of choice, pay for shipping to our warehouse, and ship. Once received, BrilliantPad will review your return for damage and issue the refund.
