How to use?
Dampen Banneton or cloth liner with water and sprinkle with rice flour to season it every time.
NOTE: Dust rice flour liberally first time. More flour is better than not enough.
How to clean?
1. Turn the basket over.
2. Tap the basket.
3. Let extra flour out.
4. Put it in cabinet for next time.
5. DO NOT soak the brotform.
6. DO NOT wash the linen liner after every use.
7. The cloth liner is air dry, line dry (not machine dry).
NOTE: The proofing basket is only for rising. DO NOT put it in oven.

- EASY TO USE: Sprinkle the proofing basket or linen liner lightly with water and then flour it a lot. Cover the linen liner inside of the banneton to minimize stickiness or cover the sourdough during proofing stage.
- EASY TO CLEAN: Turn the proofing basket upside down to shake out excess flour, and then put it in open air to dry. NO NEED to wash the linen liner cloth after each use, just remove the flour and save it. The cloth liner is air dry, line dry (not machine dry).
