3. Keep the monitor at the same level as your heart.
Tips on how to get accurate results:
1. Read at the same time every day, using the same wrist.
2. Place your feet on the floor without crossing your feet.
3. Follow the instructions to place the BP cuff in the correct position on the wrist, over the bone. The screen should be on the side of the palm.
4. Please keep quiet, relax your body and don't speak during the measurement. When measuring continuously, span 4-5 minutes.
5. Do not touch the main unit and wristband during measurement.
6. Avoid drinking alcohol or coffee, eating, drinking, smoking, exercising and bathing within 30 minutes before the measurement for more accurate data.
