Instructions For Optimal Readings
1. Maintain a normal heartbeat by resting calm for 5-10 minutes before taking your blood pressure measurement. Avoid consumption of food and alcohol, bath or shower, smoking, exercise, or any physical activities 30 minutes prior to measurement recording.
2. Wrap the cuff on your left arm above the elbow. For accurate measurement, keep the cuff at the same level of your heart.
3. Do not cross your legs. Settle yourself in a sitting position with your back straight and your feet parallel to the floor.
4. Stretch your arm on a flat surface like a table, with your palm facing up.
5. You are now ready to start. For more accurate measurement, avoid any speech while the machine is operating.
6. We recommend a minimum of 15 minutes interval between recordings.

FAQs
Q1: Why are my readings at home different from the hospital?
A: Some objective factors may affect the accuracy: measuring position (crossed legs), emotion, talking, eating, smoking, drinking, exercise,etc.
Q2: How to set the users?
A: Press S button when power off, the screen will display user 1/user 2, press M button to switch from user 1 to user 2 or user 2 to user 1, then press S button to confirm the user.
