The fat then rises to the top in both cup and spout, and what's in the spout will unavoidably get poured out along with your supposedly de-fatted liquid. The solution: Bellemain's stopper creates a "plug" of air that fills the spout and prevents any liquid from entering. After the fat has solidified, pull out the stopper and pour out your flawlessly-fat free broth!
High Front Prevents Pouring Spills
