Tips to prevent warping:
In order to prevent warping, please do not place the cutting board flat on the kitchen counter for a long time, but hang the cutting board or place it upright to dry. Cleaning and maintenance:
Wash your hands with hot soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
Do not soak or immerse the board in water.
Wipe with food-safe mineral oil occasionally to prevent the wood from drying out.
To disinfect, wash the boards with a solution of one part vinegar and five parts water.
Rub the board with kosher or table salt and half a lemon to remove odors. Let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes, then wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Use a clean paper towel to remove excess water and allow the end of the circuit board to dry naturally.
Store in a dry area away from extreme temperatures.
